Are you a Gardener at heart? Working at JuliaGarden Design means that you are working in a close-knit environment. We are close with our clients, vendors, suppliers, and each other. We employ a diverse team of professionals with varied backgrounds and education. All are dedicated to mentoring, teaching, and learning from each other new horticultural and ecological practices.

If you would like to be part of developing and understanding the ecology of our gardens and care for them, we'd like to meet you! We are a group of passionate gardeners who enjoy working together, are driven to learn more about what we do, care about safety, and develop our skills.

Our Team Goals:

Team Building:
We take a yearly field trip to visit significant parks such as Mt. Auburn Cemetery or Heritage Museums & Gardens or take a local garden tour to inspire and get to know each other better. We also have get-togethers throughout the year in gratitude for the hard work.

Community involvement is very important to us and we contribute to the Osterville Library and the Osterville Historical Museum with yearly displays and village-wide events. We have been involved for many years with the design development and plantings at the Luke’s Love Playground in West Barnstable.
