Pricing increases with property size, project complexity, regulatory considerations, and the degree of technical coordination required, ensuring each design is thoughtfully developed, clearly documented, and ready for successful implementation. Design services typically represent 5–10% of the total project investment.

Pollinator foundation gardens: $1,200-$1,800

Mid-size ecological plant forward design with hardscape complexity $1,800-$3,000.

Large, complex planting plan and amenities: $3,000+
